So here's the situation…. Patty was surrendered to the shelter at almost 9 years old and I've been fostering her for a couple of months. She's the sweetest dog. She's cuddly and playful, gets along with dogs and cats, does excellent on walks, is content curled up on the couch or going on an adventure. She just needs someone to give her a chance. She's attended a few adoption events but she's no spring chicken so she has a hard time competing with younger pups. But I know there's a family out there for her. Maybe someone a little older who needs a companion, or someone looking for a second dog to fit into their family. Definitely the best place to learn. Venice is my top pick for the best place for a diver to try out meg tooth/fossil hunting. My top 3 reasons are: 1. Shallow dives (less than 30ft depth) allow you more bottom time to adjust to hunting. Practice makes progress. 2. Knowledgeable charters that are geared specificly toward fossil hunting will teach you the tips and tricks to decrease your learning curve. 3. Venice is considered the shark tooth capital of the world. There are teeth all over the place, you can even find them walking on the beach. Wanna see a magic trick?? When I first measured this tooth I accidentally measured its shorter side, which put it around 5.5". That's a big tooth and I was happy with that, but it didn't measure up to the two other sixes I found on that dive. Then when I was looking at it today I realized the other side was longer, and boom.
